Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Updated: 11 August 2026 1. Scope These terms apply to ØSS memberships and one-off bookings, including GLOW, events, Coworking Focus Days, studio hire and Members’ Lounge hire. By purchasing, you accept these terms and any conditions shown at checkout. 2. Payment and membership A purchase is confirmed once payment is accepted. The displayed price, inclusions, date, location and discount apply. Memberships are personal, non-transferable and renew monthly until cancelled through the membership platform. Benefits must be used within the month and do not roll over unless stated. Cancellation stops renewals but does not refund a period already started, subject to statutory rights. One-off bookings are open to members and non-members. Cancellation, transfer and refund conditions shown at checkout form part of these terms. 3. Studio and Lounge The studio and Members’ Lounge must be booked in advance and used only for the agreed purpose, time and capacity. Setup and clearing away must fit within the booking. The person booking is responsible for guests and any damage caused. Equipment and furniture must be cared for and returned as found. Food, alcohol, external suppliers or alterations require prior approval. 4. Sessions and events GLOW, events and Coworking Focus Days may be held at different venues. Unless included in a membership, separate booking and payment are required. Speakers, programmes or venues may change. Tell us about accessibility needs or food allergies when booking. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 5. Conduct Everyone must behave safely and respectfully, follow venue instructions and avoid disruption, harassment, unsolicited selling or damage. We may refuse entry or end participation if conduct threatens safety or others’ experience, without refund where reasonable. 6. Changes and cancellations We may reasonably change services, schedules or these terms. Significant membership changes will be notified in advance. If ØSS cancels a paid one-off booking, we will offer an alternative, credit or refund. 7. Responsibility You are responsible for belongings, guests and business activities. ØSS is not liable for indirect business loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory rights. 8.
